With personal, lived experience of ADHD and Autism and as a mother to neurodivergent children, I have had the privilege of providing specialist coaching support for neurodivergent adults, children, young people and their families for almost 30 years.
I live at home with two of my neurodivergent children and our wonderfully quirky, rescue Bull Lurcher, Orbin.
“My experiences have shaped my approach to coaching.”
Explore how we can work together to ensure you feel confident moving forward with a set of personalised strategies to manage the challenges, and celebrate the positives associated with ADHD and / or Autism. Whether you have a formal diagnosis, or are simply exploring the possibility that you may be neurodivergent, we will meet you where you are to develop strategies that empower you to embrace a new normal that works for you.
With a wealth of life experience and a career spanning the public, private and third sectors, I thrive in forging genuine connections with individuals from all walks of life.
I am passionate in my support of neurodivergent individuals and bring my personal and professional knowledge and experience to those I work alongside to create bespoke, person centred strategies that empower and maximise personal growth.
I offer consultations to professionals, foster carers and residential settings, to identify what may be contributing to a young person’s difficulties from a neurodivergent perspective.
I have personal lived experience of the care system and work with young people and adults who have suffered trauma/adverse childhood experiences. This includes working with looked after children and young people, and those on CP/CIN plans and their parents, at the request of Children’s Services.
I work collaboratively with the professional network around the young person and their family, to support with the identified goals/plan.
I also support the NHS, delivering therapeutic workshops on their behalf to parents/carers of Autistic children and those with learning differences.

Transformative support for neurodivergent individuals and families.
“I think the biggest benefit of the coaching is that we have developed a shared understanding and shared approach, rather than each of us handling things in our own ways. We have a shared language now, and can create more consistency for J, which I’m sure is soothing for him.”
